The new operating system DICTAMAT MultiMove revolutionizes the door industry. It newly defines user-friendliness and conformity to standards!
- The modular structure offers extremely high flexibility and adaptability to customer's requirements.
- The door can be moved manually also during a power failure due to the absolutely smooth-running gearbox, no need for an expensive electromagnetic clutch. The operating system nevertheless will stop within the extremely short stopping distances demanded by the EN 12453 also in case of a power cut thanks to the - in this scope of application - novel capacitor principle.
- Because of the optimized gearbox it is possible to use less power consuming motors than before.
- For more safety: integrated recognition of obstacles with power interruption also with AC motors.
- Automatized teach-in run.
- Control system offers many different functions. Subsequent modifications are possible by simply transfering program modules on site, without having to dismantle the controller.
- Meets the demands of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EGDem "Manufacturer of the machine door", i.e. the Machinery Directive imposes a very high responsibility on the company who installs an operator on a door.
The operating system DICTAMAT MultiMove is configured already in production so that it will fit the respective door. The demanded stopping distances etc. are met without needing time-consuming adjusting work on site. This drastically reduces the expensive approval tests for issuing the declaration of conformity.
