Chamber furnace / heating / electric / multi-gas

High temperature furnace for heating material (flat blanks) to approx. 950 °C. The furnaces are electric or gas heated.
A high quality roller feeding system transports the blanks through the furnace chamber and into a centering station outside the furnace. A special quality of the ceramic rolls and a controlled heating up ramp in the entrance area ensure a reliable function when operating material coated with AlSi. For uncoated material the furnace can be equipped with a protective gas atmosphere to prevent millscale.
