Muffle Furnaces are widely used for determining various properties of construction materials. They cover a range from 1000°C to 1600°C, all of which are front loading for easy operation and are of double skin construction to maintain a cooler outer case. The temperature control is provided by a PID digital control system. The Chamber exhaust vent is standard up to 1200°C . A vertical counter balanced door, keeps the heat away from operator, while opening upwards. The furnace is also fitted with a safety switch which isolates the power when door is opened. 230 V, 50-60 Hz, 1 ph.
