Power MOSFET module controls the blower motor speed of the air conditioning system.
It is necessary to dissipate the heat generated by the Power MOSFET element under A/C operation effectively to reduce the temperature of the element.
Fujikura designed and developed a high thermal conductivity heat sink which enables to lower the element temperature by more than 20 deg.C in 150 deg.C condition.
