CNC boring mill / multi-axis / horizontal / traveling-column

Machine type MM is a boring and milling machine with moving column, with column movement parallel to the X axis (Floor-Type).

It is composed of a column bed, a column and a ram. In the MMC version there is also the movement of the boring bar, which is parallel to the ram.

The wide range of sizes of the column bed and the installed powers allow to use this machine in two main cases:

Machining of workpieces of considerable size when it is equipped with sliding and rotary table; this allows an immediate reduction of the setup times;
Possibility to create independent working zones (islands). In this pendulum mode, the movement of the column allows the machining of several workpieces and the simultaneously setup of other workpieces.

The automatic tool changer and the wide range of special accessories increase the flexibility and the versatility of the machine for all customer requirements.
