It is an essential for feeder accuracy to facilitate maintenance of gravimetric uniformity of the material at feed auger. A superior and dependable material feeding combination is facilitated by the exclusive Acromet concentric conditioning mechanism, feed auger and COAX drive.The Acromet selected conditioning mechanism & rotating speed is used to suit the operation and facilitate conditions with least material agitation or degradation.

The Dual Auger Feeders, Acromet models 1200, 1501X, 1500Z & 1700 are particularly designed to handle demanding materials. A slow rotating concentrically mounted conditioning auger/blade in the main Feed Augar of these units facilitates maintenance of supply of material at a consistent bulk density. The bridging & rat holing is prevented by the gentle movement of the product, facilitated by the blade or the secondary auger, which promotes the flow from hopper to the feed chamber. This also facilitates reliable and consistent volumetric feeding.
