The machinery manufacturer accepts responsibility for the design and construction of the machine. It also deems to accept the following responsibilities:

Change of intended use of the machine, being responsible for the consequences arising from these changes.
Manufacturing of machinery or safety components for its own use.
Assembly of machines, machine parts or safety components from different origins.
According to Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE, the manufacturer must be able to prove that it has taken adequate measures to ensure the safety of your machine.

It must be able to prove to have applied the safety integration principles contained in essential requirement 1.1.2 of Annex I of the Directive.

Completing a technical construction file proves that the legal requirements have been applied. The technical construction file includes the document entitled "Supporting documents proving that the machine meets the health and safety requirements". This document is only the draft of the equipment?s safety.
