FRAME
The fan structure is composed entirely of welded sheet steel of adequate thickness that is subsequently epoxy powder coated in RAL 7032 grey. In addition to the baseplate for the motor a second saddle fixed to the inlet port can be fitted to increase the robustness of the unit.
IMPELLER
The impellers feature backward curved blades made of heavy gauge welded sheet steel with an epoxy powder coating, statically and dynamically balanced in compliance with ISO standards, keeping noise levels and vibration to the absolute minimum.
MOTORS
Asynchronous, three-phase motors with squirrel cage rotor, in 400V/50-60 Hz execution, B3 mounting position, IP55 protection rating, in compliance with UNELMEC standards. Installed for 2, 4 or 6 pole operation depending on the necessary pressure, or with dual polarity configuration for two-speed versions. The motor is mounted on a baseplate that is shared with the fan. The power ratings shown in the performance tables were sized taking account of the efficiency of the machine plus an additional safety margin to compensate for possible anomalies of the system.
