Polishing vibratory finishing machine / edge rounding / grinding / centrifugal

The workpieces to be processed are put into the work container (vibrating bowl), together with the grinding media, water and chemical compound.
The vibration of the bowl creates a relative motion between the workpieces and the grinding media, causing abrasive stock removal on the workpieces, proportionally a lot more at the edges than on flat surfaces. This process is therefore appropriate for deburring, edge radiusing, grinding, smoothing, polishing, degreasing, descaling, deflashing and compressing.
The containing bowl can be used with all customary grinding media and is used with workpieces of small to medium lot sizes.
