Portable chroma meter / for tomato products / for color measurement

Konica Minolta chroma meters CR-410T handheld tomato colorimeter is used for measuring and grading the color of processed products made with tomatoes. A USDA approved-index is used by the devices. Applications include ketchup, paste, sauce, and juice.

Color readings are simplified by the index as the user is presented with one number for determination of quality and grade. This ensures the color is uniform and consistent across several batches.

The hand-held CR-410T is very user-friendly and cost-effective. For editing and managing of collected data, the device allows interfacing with SpectraMagic NX.
