TruMac can be used to detect nitrogen/protein or carbon/nitrogen/sulfur present in samples that are characteristically heterogeneous, difficult to prepare, or even of a low-level. The device can carry out detection in very less time, as little as 5 minutes. It also provides automated and unattended operations. The device does not require extensive sample preparation. It is ideally suited for high work load laboratories, contract analytical services for food, agronomy markets and utilities.

TruMac is also useful for analyzing low-density or bulky samples, like sludge, filtration media, slurry or waste water. The device has large sample mass capabilities up to 3 g. It overcomes heterogeneity issues with sample matrices. Its overall measuring range is from 20 ppm to 30% with high precision results. It can be used for liquid, solid, low density and bulky samples.
