Conveyor belt furnaces for hardening, tempering and carbonitriding

The FNC/TT treatment lines with conveyor belt allows different applications from casehardening to carbonitriding, gardening and tempering up to hardening with quenching in oil, in water, in polymers and in salt.

They are used to treat great quantities of various small items, bolts, screws, bearings and particular pressings, press-forgings, drop forgings and stampings of small dimensions.

The automatic conveyor belt lines, with electric or gas heating, can include:

- systems for the loading and the handling of the material
- weighing and dosing systems
- hardening furnaces and tempering furnaces
- belt or screw washing machines
- oil separators and centrifuges
- quenching and burnishing tanks
- control and supervision systems.
