Vertical-shaft impact crusher / stationary

The BHS rotor impact mill (type RPM) is a high-performance crusher with a vertical shaft. The rotor is circular with horseshoe-shaped impellers. This unique impeller rotor, combined with the anvil ring, achieves a very large targeted crushing ratio and an excellent grain shape. This mill can crush all moderately abrasive minerals with maximum feed grain sizes of up to 56 mm.

An intense impact and shearing effect is achieved between the horseshoe-shaped hammers and the anvil ring. You can fine-tune this machine to your requirements by adjusting the rotor speed and the annular gap.
