Beveling cutting machine / for pipe ends

The model OD is a unique H & S Tool design that performs end preparation machining on tubes from 19.1 - 57.2 mm (3/4" - 2-1/4") O.D. The OD clamps to the outside of the tube with an adjustable saddle system. This design delivers a high level of versatility. With unrestricted access to the tube I.D., it can be machined quickly, safely and accurately down to the minimum 19.1 mm diameter. The body of the tool is only 38.1 mm (1-1/2") wide to fit easily between tubes in a dutchman application, on corner tubes and in congested areas. Standard cutting blades are used to perform outside and internal bevels plus facing/shortening. The model OD can use our exclusive, patented Multi-Prep® cutter head to remove rifling and perform other internal cleaning projects. The clamping saddle slides on an angled base to easily set it up and center the tool for accurate machining. The standard cutter blades are made of high quality tool steel which can be resharpened many times to reduce costs.
