The Centri-Flo series of Almco's expanded-design mass finishing machines provide controlled methods for consistent deburring, generating radii and improving micro-inch surface finished to the most exacting requirements.
Primarily used by jet engine manufacturers to finish engine components with the utmost precision and close tolerance capability. However, there are many other applications in the precision/tight tolerance industries which could utilize these Centri-Flo style machines.

CFCA ? RECIPROCATOR SERIES FOR SPINDLE PARTS FINISHING
Reciprocating spindle units ? two models. Finishing units for parts ranging up to 55" diameter x 8" depth to 600 lbs. maximum weight. Spindle reciprocates radially through 70 degree arc at a range of 35 to 160 RPM, or 95 to 380 RPM general range depending on machine selection and parts size/weight. Machine reciprocating/vibrating cycle automatically controlled to introduce water and compound.
