Anritsu ME78070A protocol conformance test system is useful for handover of Inter-RAT between TD-SCDMA and GSM mobile terminals. It is in compliance with the requirements of 3GPP RAN-WG5 TS 34.123 and GERAN-WG3 TS 51.010.

The configuration of the system platform is done from hardware, which includes a signalling tester, software for creation and execution of test cases, and several standard test cases with 3GPP compliance.
