Dosing control system

A variety of specifically designed controls are used to manage and program dispensing cycles. ADACBOX-BB for control time/pressure units, ADACBOX-BD manage two time/pressure units completely and independently and ADACBOX-BV fully controls volumetric dosing unit with extra pneumatic slide.
These controls have built in 5/2 solenoid valves for double effect pneumatic motions. They also facilitate adjustment of work pressure of the equipment. A digital screen with multiple lines displays the essential parameters of the dispensing cycle. Programming is facilitated with PLC that communicates and interchanges data with central unit similar to an automatic line.
