Induction drum heater

ATEX and IECEx standards certified Thermosafe process induction heater is used for heating purposes and these 200 litre drums are perfect for hazardous areas. They can be easily installed and safe melting is offered for viscous products like wax, bitumen, organic acids and gelatine. It has a single induction coil that is wholly encapsulated in a cylinder. The cylinder is made from glass reinforced resin that has been designed specifically for chemical plants. The coil is then connected to a single phase AC mains supply that generates direct heat in the drum wall.Energy is transferred by alternating magnetic field.
