Dryer 800 ? Drying Tunnel
Drying tunnel Drier 800 is the efficient way to remove external water remained on packages after shrinking.
It works automatically and individually and can be combined with automatic vacuum packing lines.

General features:

Drying tunnel has a motorized belt that transports products under air jets.
It uses air blades that move and follow products profile to hit all surfaces. There are blowers placed inside of tunnel (bottom side) that feed the air blades.
Depending on products to be dried, we will suggest the more indicated type, quantity and power of blowers to use.
Top air blades movement is controlled by pneumatic pistons and photocell.

The structure is made by stainless steel and it is adequately isolated to contain noise emissions.

Inside vanes easily accessible in case of hygenization and maintenance.

Possibility to adjust the speed of conveyor belt.

Tunnel dimensions and air blades position designed to optimize energetic consumptions.
