This model is available with ?lube-for-life? bearings
that reduce the maintenance requirements
significantly. This heavy-duty model also comes with
an oil bath for the horizontal band, allowing for selflubrication
and self-cleaning to ensure maintenancefree
operation for an increased number of cycles.
On-site repairs require minimum training.
The design of the HD9 is an ideal combination of the
ND6 and ND9 models as it uses a worm gear
reduction for direct motor coupling up to 10 hp (7.5
kW). Its tough base can be mounted on an existing
structure or a concrete floor without grout or surface
preparation.
