U3 is an innovative machine that has been engineered for conducting the tasks of mold-making, production of parts and stamping. This machine uses the latest HyperCut technology helps in accomplishing the tasks faster and with minimal usage of wiring and power. It also helps by delaying the plate energizing and life of filter service. This generator works in an optimum way to get Ra 0.4 µm of surface finish. It can cut the width of 100 mm in mere 3 passes with precise straightness. Very stabilized flushing takes with the help of lower and upper heads even when two of the nozzles are not close to work-piece. This is aided by dedicated operational pumps. There is almost zero additives sticking in the machines due to the anti-rusting unit present. This also acts as anti-corrosion. Those parts that remain always submerged in water tank remain free of rust.
