Ferrite Cores Huigao Magnetics features an in-house Ferrite core production facility. Its department is made up of 50 individuals responsible for production, Durst (Germany) ferrite forming equipment, along with a high-capacity continuous production annealing oven.

Using its materials that are similar to those used by leaders in manufacturing across the world. Select from the following: Ring cores (toroids), (toroidal) cores, accessory ring cores, (toroids) EE cores and EI cores planar E cores. The manufacturing output of this product is 40 tonnes per month and the main products are nickel zinc (NiZn) ferrite cores, manganese zinc (MnZn) for power/signal applications and iron powder cores for power applications.

The facilities' major competitive advantage are their abilities to produce customized ferrite cores of varying sizes. Their advantages are mainly due to the reduced tooling cost that is involved in the production of ferrite molds, and the production staff operational efficiency.
