Plate and frame filter press / manual

The filter presses from MACSALAB are ideal for metallurgical laboratories and the mining industry. They come with a base and yoke made of fabricated stainless steel. The standard coupling is a quick release type. A pressure relief and filling valve is available as well.

During the operation process, samples are placed in the vessel. The lid is shut and air is applied at approximately 600kPa. This results in liquid drain through the discharge nozzle at the base. The presses are used in applications such as de-watering and separating solids and liquids.
