Air filter-regulator / for compressed air / stainless steel

The filter pressure regulator with bowl is manufactured with stainless steel without a sight glass. These are designed to be used in the chemistry department and petroleum processing. It is also suitable for use in the food industry and medical technology. The compressed air, gases and liquids are used as media. The supply pressure of the unit is 50 bars without any drainage. A hexagonal spindle with the locknut is used to adjust the unit. It can perform both relieving and non relieving functions. The gauge ports on the both sides of the body are G1/4 and at the one screw plug supply B3000-01 is G1/8.

The filter element is 5 µm and 50 µm with stainless steel construction. The stainless steel glass is available without the sight glass. The screw plug is used for drainage. The 30 bar pressure is required for manual drain, but the 16 bas pressure is enough for automatic drain. The temperature range for NBR/Buna-N, EPDM is -20 °C to 60 °C / -4 °F to 140 °F and for FKM, it is -20 °C to 130 °C / -4 °F to 266 °F. The higher temperature version requires -40 °C / -40 °F down temperature for a stainless steel diaphragm. The body of the regulator is made of 316L stainless steel and the material number 1.4404 is used.
