This range of nylon gear couplings by Radicon are compatible with all types of shaft misalignment, and are easy to put together and are maintenance free, which guarantees top notch service in the most harsh environments and need no maintenance whatsoever. The type 600 can be ordered in three different sizes that are perfectly suited for small power drives with bore sizes up to a maximum of 55 mm in diameter and a standard rated torque up to 463 Nm.

Non conductive assemblies are made possible with thermosetting sleeves and the staggered inside teeth guarantee smooth loading and axial location to protect for the gear teeth is enabled by an internal central buffer ring that is set between the two hubs. They are able to sustain all types of shaft misalignment and permit a reduced amount of end float. The nylon couplings are easy to put together and are maintenance free, which result in economically efficient reliable service under the most formidable humidity, atmospherics or weather conditions.
