The HS-2 dryer cum freezer is designed to deliver exceptional performances in the efficient heating and cooling of materials, making it the ideal machine that ably meets the demanding challenges posed by pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

The machine is equipped with an efficacious heating/cooling mechanism which is conducted by the constant internal circulation of a heat transfer fluid. It incorporates stainless steel shelving to maintain utmost hygiene. The highlight of the machine is its drying feature which uses a maximum of five shelves, providing a total storage area of 1m² and an integrated hydraulic device for stoppering of vials. Shelves are spaced at a convenient 60mm.

The HS-2 can be harnessed for development and manufacturing of products on a small scale. Two control options are available for efficiently operating the unit. One is a manually operated control system, comprising a touch keypad, LCD vacuum, manually regulated valves and temperature indicators. This control option is compatible with RS232 computer networking, allowing users to record data and manipulate operations via the computer through an extremely simplified programming process.

The other control option is a full-blown automatic control system, comprising a touch screen and Scada software that automatically controls the entire dryer/freezer operations.
