X-ray spectrometer / process / with SiLi detector

The SiLi is an X-ray Spectrometer with Peltier Cooling from Baltic Scientific Instruments. It detects, accumulates and process X-ray spectra whenever the dector is not being cooled by liquid nitrogen. Furthermore, it acts as an nput stage of preamplifier thin Be windows which allows installation of ultra thin polyimide windows. This spectrometer is enclosed in a case with hermetic sealing.

The radiation can be detected given any spatial orientation. The device is consisting of a detection instrument having a SiLi detector and a Peltier cooler. The unit is self contained to allow the water to cool in the Peltier cooler hot seal.
