Straight-toothed rack and pinion / precision

The PR-Precision Rack is available in two types. One is made of a C45 material. This tool contains a robust teeth induction and a bright steel. This also has a 19°3142" tooth that is made helical and straight. It has a total pitch error of GTf/1000 ?0,060 mm, a tooth thickness tolerance of -59µm, and a max. feed force per pinion contact up to 57 kN. Another is a precision rack that is made of a 42CrMo4 material that is quenched and tempered. It has a total pitch error of GTf/1000 ?0,100 mm and a tooth thickness tolerance of -110µm.
