The Need biogas, waste gas, off gas, blast furnace and coke ovens gas are many times used as fuel for reboliers, boilers, gas turbines, furnaces and incinerators. The high variability of BTU content makes it hard to use these fuels efficiently and safely; and with minimum emissions. With this analyzer one is able to directly measure the air flow necessary to burn a flow of a variable composition for fuel gas. It can be compensate for the non uniformity in supplies of fas and assist in the efficient utilization of the waste and bi products and waste gas streams for fuel. The solution for the Stoichiometric Air-to-Fuel ratio analyzer uses a separate streams of fuel as well as air supplies, mixes and then ignites them internally and measures the products of the combustion. The feed forward process combustion controls of the the stoichiometric air/fuel ratio uses an e S A/F IQ analyzer which ensures minimum emission and greater efficiency.
