MAKINO MAG3/MAG3.H horizontal machining centers feature a 5-axis design and offer high-quality milling, while preserving high speeds. They can handle workpieces up to 3,000 kg, and have a spindle that ensures high metal removal rates. The spindle speed goes up to 30,000 RPM with the working area of 3,000 x 1,500 mm. Also, the MAG3 contains an optional automated pallet transfer feature, for productivity improvements. It is mostly used for manufacturing and milling of aluminum monolithic parts for aerospace. It has a compact, robust design that ensures reliability, durability and constant performance.
