CPK Automotive, which became a member of the HEINZMANN Group in October 2013, supplies monitoring and control systems for the aftertreatment of engine exhaust gases through DPF or SCR systems. CPK's tried and tested DYNTEST Bus System enables the electronic control and monitoring of diesel particulate filters. Its key component is the DYNTEST ControlBox for measuring and logging backpressure, exhaust gas temperatures, engine revs and up to 7 further parameters and eventuelly triggering alarm in case of error messages. The system can operate with just about any make or type of engine and exhaust system and allows the use of any type of fuel additive.
The ControlBox is designed as an OEM and retrofit solution. Both On-Road and Off-Road applications are possible. Among the possible installation examples are heavy duty vehicles, buses, construction equipment, generators, marine propulsion and rail traction applications.
