Hydraulic hinge clamp

The clamping mechanism in hydraulic clamping cylinders of this series works on a lever principle. The clamp mechanism is pushed down as the piston is pushed forward. A large clamping force is provided by this type of clamp. The main parts are generally found outside the body of the cylinder, for maintenance convenience. The minimum operating pressure offered is 355lbs / 25 kg/cm². The max operating pressure is 995 lbs. it offers both double and single acting. For weight reduction, cylinder body is made of aluminum alloy. In one cylinder body, threaded port connection is offered. A stronger link mechanism is provided for longer life cycles. Repeatable clamping location ensured by design . Linkage can be re-positioned to clamp at 90°, 180° or 270° from hydraulic ports.
