Hydrocyclone

The SPANDAU PUMPEN SKF hydrocyclones of the HDZ-1 series feature flows up to 90 l/min, with pressures up ti 2.5 bar, operating temperatures up to 60 °C and viscosity up to 20 mm2/s. They are mainly used for various filter-free cleaning systems. They serve as cost-effective centrifugal separators for fluid with low viscosity, like water and emulsions. The particles need to be small, with greater density than fluid density. They are made out of corrosion-resistant materials, as well as abrasion-resistant plastic.
