Induction hardening machine

This GK Group CV hardening machine is with the MBA-013 installation,
the most productive one produced by GH Group for CV heat treatment.
Composed of two four position indexing tables, for stems and tracks,
cycle time can be as low as 12 s.
Each indexing table has a two arm manipulator in order to load and
unload the parts on them. The second one, which is devoted to the tracks
hardening indexing table, turns the part in order to harden with the tracks
upwards.
The two hardening stations share a 400 KW generator.
At the end of the process a mecanism separates the parts marked as
non OK by the parameters control.
