The Spyder3 4k, 18 kHz CL Line scan camera from Teledyne Dalsa is an update of the Spyder2 with a 300% responsivity levels. It is fully configurable, which provides operators with accurate control services on important performance aspects like gain and offset. It makes use of a dependable Camera Link interface, a flat field correction function, and a Correlated Double Sampling mode. This unit does not require a new optical design from OEMs that are shifting to its services. This is because the pixel size and the fill factor stays the same at 14 µm and 100% respectively. The GigE users also do not need a frame grabber.
