Line-scan camera / CCD / industrial

The LQ-200CL is a prism-based 4-CCD color line scan camera provides simultaneous separate imaging of red, green, and blue, plus near-infrared light data. The camera is built up with beam splitter prism of hard dichroic coatings incorporating four precisely pixel-to-pixel aligned CCD sensors.

It has a very low-noise operation (S/N: 58 dB) providing superior image quality, 4 sensors with 2048 pixels, 14 ?m x 14 ?m pixel size, and has a scan rate up to 19048 lines per second at 40 MHz pixel clock. The camera is applicable for fruit and vegetable sorting, it has an inspecting colors, ripeness, damages, signs for early decay and foreign objects in stones, and leafs. The line scan is applicable for food inspection such as frozen food, rice grains, coffee beans, peas, cereals, tea and tobacco.
