SEM sample preparation system

The Hitachi's ZONESem desktop EM sample cleaner is made for cleaning and storing electron that optimizes a non-destructive UV cleaning process to rapidly abolish surface hydrocarbons from SEM samples. It makes high resolution and/or surface imaging through the electrons, backscattered electrons or scanning delivery procedure much simpler by discharging surface hydrocarbon layers that could lead into astigmatism complications and which abstruse surface and edge detail.

It has the dimensions of measures just 360 mm x 390 mm x 480 mm and uses a dry pumping system. It can be used in less than 2 minutes and can give vacuum cleaning and vacuum storage. Moreover, the cleaning times can be regulated in 1-minute steps up to 30 minutes total cleaning time.
