Lathe steady rest

The FRUN 3.2 Standard Steady Rest has a provision for focused lubrication, compressed air attachment, and maximum opening feedback. It is designed with a 3-piece chip guard that has a centering range of 50 to 200 mm. This steady rest has a working pressure that ranges form 8 to 80 bar. Also, it has a maximum clamping force of 10 kN and a clamping press of 5 kN. Its maximum peripheral speed reaches up to 725 m/min. It approximately weighs 48 kg and comes with a safety valve.
