Electro lifting magnet

The GAUSS MAGNETI rectangular electromagnets for slabs and billets are designed to match customers' needs for in-plant handling. They are mainly used in applications such as production unloading of hot material up to 600°C, stocking in store or in warehouses, and the loading and unloading of lorries, ships and rail containers.

These magnets are ideal for operation at high temperature due to their design. They feature a double bottom plate and special thermal insulation which impedes heat transfer to the coil, ensuring they have the highest reliability. Slabs and billets at temperatures up to 600°C can be handled due to the particular coil design and very low current density.
