Air separator / for gas / for liquids / for gas stations

The ODK-1 Liquid phase from gas phase separator has a nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa, with 4.0 MPa nominal-body pressure and 5.0 MPa body-testing pressure. It can withstand a maximum temperature of 165 °C (up to 200 °C at short intervals), has tightness of -0.05 MPa negative pressure with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa and back pressure of 80% upstream value. The body, cover and float have been manufactured out of acid resistant steel 00H18N10 (1.4306) and can be covered in E-CTFE (Halar) per user request. The needle mechanism is 98% titanium, while the main seal is made out of (PTFE) - SG1. The bolts are class A4-80 in acid resistant steel 00H17N12M2 (1.4401).
