Fully synthetic water soluble and oil-free grinding fluid

Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS is a water soluble, oil-free fluid for grinding operations of steel and cast iron. Mixed with water, Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS forms a transparent solution for a better work piece visibility.

Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS can also be applied for light to medium machining operations as well as temporarily conservation of machined materials.

Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS can be used on a wide variety of metals; however for Aluminium it should b3 tested in particular for "in hole" applications as drilling.

Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS is not classified as dangerous and has no flashpoint.

Moreover, Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS offers good corrosion protection of machine and work piece.

Eurol® Grinding Fluid RS can be applied with water harnesses up till 60 dH, and has a low foaming tendency.
