Volumetric feeder / automatic / powder

This state of the art device uses gas to transport powder having minute particles with size range from sub-micron size to 100?m through tubing. This volume feeder device has resolved the age old problem of transporting highly cohesive non sized particles. This devices comes with a feed rate ranging from 1 to 200 g/min. It also provides the user with the option of automatic control rate of 5 g/min or more. The feed plate and the nozzle of this feeder device can be chosen by the user according to the material which is to be transported.

This device comes with an optional knocker-less unit which helps you to suppress the vibrations of the transported material, which in turn, would provide you with a more stable feed. It also makes sure that the transported particles remain free from any outside contamination. This device is also well suited for high frequency induction thermal plasma systems. It can also be used for several other applications, such as thermal spraying and aerosol deposition.
