Safety light curtain / multibeam / through-beam / IP65

The safety light curtain in the Smartscan T4 series is designed for use in machine safety environments with high risks. Example applications include robotic work cells, wood working machines, press brakes, etc . An integrated dip switch is included in the series to allow users to select from various functions, which included fixed blanking, muting timers, floating blanking, and muting partial or learn fixed muting via External Device Monitoring. A restart interlock and a latched or automatic restart are included. For improved strength, the extrusion is constructed with a twin chamber and has an IP-65 rating. The standard mounting brackets are flexible. The receiver/Rx and transmitter/Tx units provide two failsafe outputs that rely on control. A connection cable is required at both the Rx and Tx heads. Cable sizes include 5-m, 10-m, and 20-m.
