Type 4 safety light curtain / multibeam / through-beam / IP65

The ULCT/BLCT is a type of safety light curtains. The device acts as a light transmitter and receiver. In order to determine the width and height of the protective field, the device uses the clearance between the two parts and the installation height. The device consist of a modular design which allows the realization of the field heights from 100m to 1500mm in a 100mm steps.

The light beams of the transmitter are generated by rapid pulses. The beams are analyzed by two chip controllers. In determining the resolution, the device uses beam spacing. The machine can be restarted using the start button in the interlock operating mode.

The transmitter is applied on chamfering and bending machines, injection moulding machines, machining centres and welding presses, automatic placement machines, robots and palleting machines.
