5-axis machine tool vise / low-profile

D221M have been designed to have greater clamping force than traditional vise or work holding systems, which makes them more efficient than anything else on the market. They also speed up shop through-put and reduce costs which are achieved by allowing parts to be completed with fewer operations due to machining access to 5 surfaces of the work piece. Parts position displacement on being removed from the fixture is mitigated thanks to the precision top mounted locating pin that repeats within 0.001. 1 to 1 positive clamping is ensured with the 45°, which also gives our fixtures superior clamping force. Dovetail fixtures reduce material cost by only holding 0.06 of material, which allows you to utilize smaller stock sizes and reducing the amount of material needed to be machined off.
