RealMonitor and RealMonitor Viewer are two of the new data monitoring and acquisition utilities included in the Sinter application in LS 3.4 software. These complementary utilities are used to review and collect data about user's previous SLS system usages before, during and after a new build. Users can tune and monitor their systems as needed.

Users can develop process parameters and diagnose both build and system problems. With these tools, they determine the process control limits of their system. The RealMonitor software will log build data just like remote diagnostics, but the software allows users to graphically display data.

Those who need to can use the RealMonitor View to open log files, select and graphically compare different parameters while zooming out and in of the desired level in data detail. There also two levels available, that is, basic and advanced.
