Tilting pallet lift

Tilting stations allow tipping of circulating pallets to lift up wall elements without any damages. Depending on the layout of the pallet circulation, there are variants in which the pallets can move longitudinally or transversally onto the tilting station. For systems with large capacity and for example, two consecutive un-shuttering and lifting places, the tilting station is adapted in such a way that a circulation pallet in an upright position can pass (overhauling tilting station). Depending on the side form system used, a fixed or movable support of the side shuttering or the wall element may be required.

Our scope of delivery includes several machines for gentle and rapid lifting of elements. Most common are removal devices for slabs. These are attached by a scissor lift at a crane bridge and the operator can take off and stack the ceiling elements by one hand operation. In case the lifting device is not needed it can be disconnected and the crane can be used for other tasks.

For perforated slabs or ceiling joists we have developed mobile equipment for lifting, transporting and stacking.
