Optical sensor for layer, coating and profile measurement

The StraDex f Odel of Optical Sensor, manufactured by ISIS sentronics GmbH, is specifically designed for layer, coating and profile measurement application. This sensor is made as non-contact alternative to measure layers/coatings and profiles. It has a coating thickness of less than 5 µm.

Moreover, it features layers and coatings of a few µm of 0.8 mm. This product can generate with a maximum layer thickness* of 0.8 mm in polymer or 2.5 µm silicon, and has a minimum layer thickness* of 0.8 mm in polymer or 0.35 mm in silicon. It is also designed in a very compact configuration.
