The LANNER MR-550 series network security platforms feature OCTEON CN3120 family of multi core MIPS64 processors for intelligent networking, three GbE/SFP Combo ports, as well as 2 GbE ports, a 1U form factor, and they have minimal power consumption rates. They use the algorithm sets of the newest generation, such as AES-GCM and SHA-2 (up to SHA-512), therefore being prepared for future-proof designs. They support other CN31xx processors as well, offering compatibility with different systems. The also feature integrated essential and unique hardware acceleration such as TCP acceleration, QoS acceleration and network packet acceleration. They can operate with different standard industrial software, and offer 3x more efficiency than other devices of its use and class.
