The allowable stack emissions from various industries are extensively controlled by various governmental air pollution regulations. The industries often need the facility to measure and report emission of a single pollutant. The accurate monitoring of the specified pollutants require a reliable analyzer capable to measure the particular pollutant from stack gas emitted at typically hot, saturated with moisture, and dirty conditions.

The AMETEK Western Research Model 919 provides a complete solution to this. The Model 919 is a single gas version of Model 920 Continuous Emissions Monitor specifically configured for consistent monitoring of the stack emissions on concentration basis. The model additionally equipped with optional zirconium oxide sensor monitors oxygen. The extremely robust and reliable analyzer is built with zero moving parts and its UV-based measurements do not suffer from H2O and CO2 interference simplifying sample handling and sample integrity.
